A reminder for Exhibitors who rent standard stands
Please note that the equipment of the stands, additional equipment and building requirements are very different from the Sokolniki Exhibition Center.
During the installation and Exhibition days on standard stands it is forbidden to:
- make any independent changes and / or complete or partial installation / dismantling works;
- make independent changes to the electrical equipment of the stand;
- make unauthorized (independent) connection to water supply, drainage networks and compressed air systems;
- install / dismantle audio and video equipment that is not agreed with the organizers of the exhibition, to use their audio-visual equipment is possible only after obtaining permission through the organizers of the exhibition in the Department of Technical Support of exhibition events of LLC "Buildexpo»;
- carry out independent pasting of panels, fastening and registration of panels with use of an adhesive tape and other gluing materials;
- carry out pasting of the open side of the stand at night with the use of adhesive tape and other bonding materials;
- use staplers to attach materials to panels;
- perform drilling of structures;
- place or mount within the stand any exhibition equipment and structures, items/pieces of furniture, showcases and any other elements that are not included in the content of the stand and are not agreed with the organizers of the exhibition;
- cleaning of the standard exhibition exposition during the installation and dismantling period is carried out by the employees of "Buildexpo"LLC. Before the exhibition, the stands will be completely removed, the wall panels, friezes, showcases will be cleaned, the film will be removed, etc. All visible elements will be cleaned of construction dust and handed over in a clean form to the Customer. On the opening day of the Event, the floor covering will be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner at the stand;
- additional services and equipment can be ordered in accordance with the terms and conditions on the basis of Booking Form No.3
