Please find information about constructing of stands at the exhibition "ParkZoo 2019".

FOR  THE  ATTENTION OF  EXHIBITORS HAVING ORDERED  EQUIPPED  EXHIBITION AREA

By standard is meant a stand made from exhibition assembly materials on carpet (color choice is possible), with panels of white color in the configuration shown in Booking Form No.2. The height of a standard stand is 2.5 m.

Additional orders of electrical equipment, water supply, services and accessories are possible according to the price list for additional equipment and services (Booking Form No.3).

The layout of the stand. The exhibitors who ordered the equipped exhibition space are kindly requested to send until 01 August 2019 the plan of the exhibition module (Booking Form No.2) and, if necessary, an application for additional equipment (Booking Form No.3) to the exhibition management (email: natalia_morgunova@parkzoo.ru)

In case the stand development plan is not provided by Exhibitor or not agreed before August 01, 2019, the organizer reserves the right to build up the stand in accordance with the norms of standard construction (Booking Form No.2, page 2, standard stands).

FOR  THE  ATTENTION  OF  EXHIBITORS HAVING  ORDERED  UNEQUIPPED  EXHIBITION AREA

Please note that when ordering an unequipped exhibition space you rent only the pavilion floor surface (without carpet and technical facilities) with an area specified in your application. You shall sign a contract with a company providing construction of exclusive exhibition stands. Therefore, pay attention to the following features.

Accreditation in “Sokolniki” Congress and Exhibition Center. The representatives of companies developing their exhibition space shall be accredited by the “Sokolniki” Congress and Exhibition Center and shall receive passes for assemblage. Note: It is only on ordering carpet and electrical connection that Exhibitors having applied for a non-equipped exhibition space and building up their stand by their own efforts can receive a building permit from the organizers. It is IMPOSSIBILE to order a water supply. Furthermore a list of employees carrying out construction with indication of the name and contacts of a responsible person shall be provided without fail. Its approval is possible until  August 01, 2019.

Supply connections, arrangement of suspensions and additional services.

The Exhibitors having ordered unequipped exhibition space are requested to send by August 1, 2019 an application for electrical equipment and water supply, if necessary, as well as for additional services (Booking Form  No.4) to the exhibition management (email: natalia_morgunova@parkzoo.ru) The invoice shall be paid  within three banking days.

Applications for services received after 01.08.2019  will be performed only in case of technical capability and with a 50% surcharge to the tariffs set in the Booking Form.
